The applicant has filed this application for condonation of delay of 259 days in filing civil revision application against the order below Exhibit-15 dated 14/02/2023 in RCS No.606 of 2017. It appears that the learned counsel for respondent no.1- caveator is already appeared. Under such circumstances, the application is allowed only in terms of prayer clause-B, subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to High Court Registry, Aurangabad for utilization of the Dispensary, High Court, Aurangabad, within two weeks. The application is accordingly disposed of.
