2] This is an application for restoration of the Civil Revision Application. The order dated 24th July, 2014 would show that none had appeared for the applicant time and again and therefore, the Revision Application was dismissed for want of prosecution.

4] Having considered all the facts, to have a decision on merit in the matter, the order dismissing the revision application in default is hereby set aside. The revision application is restored to file and it be placed for hearing on 16th April, 2015.
