The present revision is against the order of acquittal recorded by the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 307, 323, 504 read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having scanned record as brought to my notice by Advocate Mr. Totla, it is required to be noted that the present proceedings are questioning the acquittal ordered by the Court below in crime arising out of the boundary dispute in relation to the immovable properties.
