The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to consider his claim for grant of State Freedom Fighter Sanman Pension.

The learned Addl. G. P. submits that, the Divisional Committee at regional level i. e. Freedom Fighters Complaint Redressal Divisional Committee has given negative recommendation and the proposal would be forwarded to the State Government within a period of three (03) weeks from today.

After the proposal is forwarded to the State Government, the State Government shall take decision upon it expeditiously
