The prayer for transfer is opposed by the learned Counsel for the respondent on the ground that respondent is ready and willing to deposit conveyance charges, out of pocket expenses, Lawyer's fees, etc. for the applicant's visit for attending proceedings at Solapur Court. His claim is, that respondent is having well established business and it is difficult for him to travel to Jalna on each date, the proceedings if are transferred as prayed.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the respondent consents for depositing amount of Rs. 50,000/ (Rs. Fifty thousand only) in the Family Court at Solapur in proceedings No. A-89 of 2017 within period of one week from today.

The applicant, upon attending said proceedings at Solapur, will be entitled to claim amount of Rs. 25,000/ (Rs. Twenty five thousand only), on each date, towards travelling and other expenses.

The respondent further undertakes to deposit amount of Rs. 25,000/ (Rs. Twenty five thousand only) on each date, to which applicant would be entitled, provided she attends the proceedings. 5.

At the end of the proceedings, balance amount left be paid to applicant, which will be adjusted in due amount of maintenance. 6.

With aforesaid observations, present application stands disposed of.
