We have heard Mr. Nangare, learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P.

Paragraph no. 5 of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the Deputy Engineer, Public Works Sub Division, Pathardi, District - Ahmednagar reads thus- "5. I say and submit that, as per actual distance of the corner of the house of the petitioner from the center line of the road is 9.20 meters, however for widening of the road 10 meters width from the center line of the road is necessary. I further say and submit that, land plan is not available with the office of the present deponent, therefore the office of the present deponent requested
2 wp 8523.19 to the office of Taluka Inspector of Land Record, Pathardi for providing necessary boundary line map between the said road and House property of the petitioner vide letter dated 11-9-2019 and reminder letter dated 1111-2019. The copies of the letter dated 11-92019 and reminder letter dated 11-11-2019 are annexed herewith and marked as Exhibit R-1 collectively. I say and submit that, after receipt of the necessary documents from the Taluka Inspector of Land Record, Pathardi further necessary action will be taken."

As per the affidavit-in-reply filed, the parties may take further steps expeditiously. 4.
In case, thereafter also the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, then the petitioner is at liberty to assail the same.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
