PER COURT :- This application is filed praying therein for allowing the applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1,67,766/- deposited by the Respondent - Management in the Registry.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Perused the contents of the application. Without prejudice to the contentions of the Respondents in the Contempt Petition and also in the Writ Petition, the application is allowed. The applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1,67,766/- on furnishing undertaking that, in case, the petitioner fails in the Contempt Petition and also in the Writ Petition, the said amount will be redeposited by the applicant/petitioner in the Registry of this Court. 3.

The application is allowed to the above extent and same stands disposed of.
