We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. 2.

Considering the order that we are passing, we are not issuing notice to respondent No.3.

The petitioner has preferred proceedings under Section 14

(1) (j-3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act. The said proceedings, instituted on 26/06/2020, are pending with the District Collector, Jalgaon. Statutorily, such proceedings are to be concluded within 60 days.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent No.2, that the pending proceedings, if not already decided, shall be decided on it's merits by granting an adequate opportunity of hearing to all the litigating parties, on or before 15/10/2022.
