It appears that there is a dispute about the change occurred in respect of Jawahar Education Society, Parali and both the groups have filed change reports, which are pending before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Beed. It appears that though the writ petition has been preferred by the Secretary and the Principal and even before the acceptance of the change report, one Shri Sadashiv Munde, who declared to be elected as a President, whose change report in respect of his election is still

989 ca8955-17 -2pending before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, hastily filed this civil application before this court, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. Further it appears that even after the said change for which the change reports filed by the two groups before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, the Secretary is the same and the Principal of Vaidyanath College is also same, thus, without going into the controversy about the disputed change, the civil application is allowed in terms of its prayer clause 'B'. 3.
