PER COURT :

The petitioner moved a proposal for seeking 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe validation on 29.3.2022 at the stroke of appearing for his 12th standard final examination. The proposal was not moved when he was in the 11th standard. Now the petitioner desires that the Committee should be directed to decide the claim within one or two months.

The learned AGP representing the Committee submits that there are more than 8000 orders passed by the High Court, setting time frames to the Committee to decide the claims of the students and employees, out of turn. When the Committee is under such a huge burden, claims by such petitioners, who lodge their proceedings at the stroke of appearing for the 12th standard final

WP No.8273/22 examination, creates excess burden and pressure on the Committee. He prays that the Committee be granted time to decide the claim till March 2023.

Considering the above and the existing burden on the Committee, we direct that the Committee would decide the claim of the petitioner, on or before 30th December, 2022. 4.
