Learned advocates appearing for the parties concur on that the petitioner may have alternate remedy available under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. 2.
Learned advocate for the petitioner refers to an order dated 11th April, 2017 in writ petition No.1545 of 2015 with other matters, whereunder petitioners therein, who are contended to be similarly situated as the ones in the present writ petition, have been granted leave to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to avail of alternate remedy under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, by passing following order- " 1.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to
{2} wp9326-15 withdraw these petitions with liberty to avail of the alternative remedy available u/s 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

Liberty as sought for is granted.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the appeals, if any, would be filed within a period of four weeks from today.

Interim relief granted in these petitions shall continue to the benefit of the petitioners if they file the appeals within a period of four weeks from today and for a period of three weeks thereafter enabling the petitioners to move the appellate authority for continuance of interim relief.

The petitions are disposed of as withdrawn subject to the above directions."

In view of aforesaid, this writ petition as well stands disposed of in the same terms as are appearing under order dated 11th April, 2017 in writ petition No.1545 of 2015 with other matters.
