This application is moved seeking withdrawal of entire remaining amount of compensation deposited by respondent acquiring body.

Learned AGP strenuously opposed the applicant stating that ten times enhancement is awarded by the reference Court and since applicants/claimants have already withdrawn 50% of the amount, application may be rejected.

Applicants have given reason of marriage ceremony of applicant No.2, scheduled in the month of November, 2024, for withdrawal of amount.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, application is partly allowed. Applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount along with proportionate interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
