The Union has put forth prayer clause (A) which reads as under :

"A) That, the respondent No. 1 be directed to further direct Zilla Parishad and District Rural Development Agency of Ahmednagar, Gondiya, Bhandara, Chandrapur, Wardha, Satara, Nanded to issue Continuation Orders to the employees of Trysem and Mini I.T.I. Centers in consonance with Status Quo Order dated 13.07.2018 passed by Hon'ble High Court in Civil Application No.8636/2018 in Writ Petition No.5841/2012."

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicant and the learned A.G.P. appearing for the State.

Entertaining the prayer put forth by the petitioner, would virtually amount to allowing the writ petition itself, since a prayer seeking continuance in employment, is virtually like granting final relief.

The civil application, therefore, stands disposed off. 5.

As the pleadings in Writ Petition No.5841/2012 are complete, list the petition for final hearing in the weekly final hearing board, commencing from 05/12/2022.
