By way of present petition, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 22.03.2022 passed below Exh.28/A by learned District Judge-5, Aurangabad in Misc.Civil Appeal No.79 of 2019 thereby confirming the order dated 17.04.2019 passed by learned Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Kannad, District Aurangabad below Exh.05 in Regular Civil Suit No.249 of 2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is of the year 2018 and purpose would be served by directing the trial court to decide the suit within a stipulated period.

Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, the trial court is directed to decide the suit within a period of one year from today.
