Mr Wani, learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the parties have settled their dispute before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalgaon and the applicants have came to be discharged vide Section 245(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He tenders a photocopy of the order dated 18/02/2022 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalgaon in R.C.C. No.601/1998. The said photocopy is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. He, therefore, submits that the present application has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of.
