By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 42 days in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Ramesh Janardan Meshram and seeks impleadment of the legal heirs of the said deceased on record. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposes this relief on the ground that delay is not sufficiently explained.

We have perused the Civil Application. Delay is sufficiently explained in paragraph No.3 of the Civil Application. Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B". Amendment to be carried out within two (2) weeks from today.
