The appeal is proposed to be filed by a lady, whose land has been acquired for the public purpose. For the reasons given in the application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), on the condition that the applicant shall not be entitled for interest for the delayed period of 1113 days in preferring the appeal. It also appears that the matter has been circulated two and half years after the last order passed on 27th March, 2019.
