These applications are filed under section 439 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No.2, by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon in Crime No. 151 of 2019 registered with City Police, Jalgaon for offence punishable under sections 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned advocate for the applicants, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 - State. Perused the documents placed on record.

During the course of hearing of this applications, it is revealed that charge sheet is filed in the year 2019 and the case is numbered as RCC No. 315 of 2020. The matter is kept for appearance of accused.

In the light of these developments, I am not inclined to entertain the applications on merits.

The applications are, therefore, rejected.
