The Petitioner's claim is pending with the Scrutiny Committee. The Petitioner claims to be belonging to "Thakur", Scheduled Tribe.
After having heard the learned Advocates for sometime, we direct the Scrutiny Committee to scrutinize and verify the claim of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and within a period of FOUR MONTHS from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Until the Scrutiny Committee decides the claim referred to it and renders it's decision, Respondent No.2 shall not take any coercive action, if not already taken, against the Petitioner including terminating her service, on the ground that the Petitioner has failed to produce the caste/ tribe validity certificate.
