Nobody turned up for the petitioner. This Court had already made it clear that necessary steps should be taken for service of notice of the present proceeding on the respondents. It was necessary to take at least an order of re-issue of notice. This Court would have granted Hamdast in view of the circumstances that the service was easily possible. But no interest is shown to prosecute the matter.

In view of the previous order dated 12.01.2018, the Petition is dismissed for default. The main parties against whom the
