We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.P. for State.

It is pointed out that the petitioners will have to assail the order forfeiting the land. Mrs. Langhe, learned counsel submits that the petitioners would avail the alternate remedy challenging the same, however possession of the petitioner be protected.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy as may be permissible in law. All contentions are kept open. However, for a period of fifteen days from today, status-quo as on today be 1 / 2
