Present petition has been filed for following relief :- (C) The respondent No. 2 may please be directed to decide the Change Report Inquiry Nos. 1217/16, 1218/16, 779/16, 139/2018, 2247/18 & 1220/23, respectively, within stipulated period, by issuing writ of mandamus, or orders or directions in the nature of writ of mandamus;

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and has filed the affidavit-in-reply of Ms. Sujata Ram Shinde, Assistant Charity Commissioner, Jalna Region, Jalna giving details as to what is the stage of the inquiry and has made a statement that the next date of all the proceedings is 17.11.2025 and she would try to dispose of the all the inquiry as early as possible by giving top priority. She has also stated that as per October 2025's statement, total pendency with her 12 -WP-8823-2025.odt

commission is 1325 matters. Out of that total 122 matters are within prior to Ten years old and 13 matters are of more than Ten years pending.
