The appeal by the Insurance Company was already decided on 20th November, 2008. As such, the present civil application for withdrawal of the amount.

Applicant Nos.3 and 4 are minors. In view thereof, Applicant Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50% deposited by the Insurance Company and also in tune with the observations made by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
