This petition is fled seeking writ of habeas corpus by the parents of minor Kum Aarti d/o Bhausaheb Wighe. 2.

Today the Investigating Ofcer has produced the minor girl. The papers of investigation are also placed before us. During the course of investigation, statement of the minor was recorded, wherein she has stated that she had a love afair with accused Nilesh Dilip Pawar and she had willingly gone with him. 3.

It transpires that the minor is carrying pregnancy of 8.4 weeks as on 24th August, 2021. On inquiry the minor girl has shown her disinclination to go with her parents.

In view of circumstances noted above, the minor is directed to be sent to Vidyadeep Mulinche Balgraha, Chawani, Aurangabad. She shall be kept there till she attains majority. After attaining majority, she is entitled to go as per her wish. 5.

Since the minor is pregnant, the Superintendent of Vidyadeep Mulinche Balgraha, Chawani, Aurangabad is directed to take special care of her diet and give her regular medical treatment.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the above directions. 7.
