The Petitioner is constrained to file this Civil Application due to an error in prayer clause 'D' of the Writ Petition pertaining to interim relief. The date of the impugned order has been wrongly typed as 09.05.2011, while the correct date is 23.06.2025.

Since this Court, by order dated 01.07.2025, granted interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'D' and it was quoted in the order, the typographical error in prayer clause 'D' of the Writ Petition, has been carried over in the order itself.

Considering the documents placed on record, we are inclined to allow this Civil Application.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C".

Accordingly, amendment be carried out in prayer clause "D" of the Writ Petition within two weeks from today. 6.

Consequently, the order dated 01.07.2025 shall also stand corrected to the above extent and the corrected order be uploaded on the website.
