Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has impugned the order of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalna, dated 20.06.2023. The petitioner had filed an application to issue the summons through paper publication in a daily newspaper 'Bhaskar'. The Court find for want of proper application, the bailiff failed to serve the respective parties on the second address given by the applicant. Practically, no prejudice is caused to the plaintiff due to the impugned order. There is nothing in the petition to be considered, as the plaintiff may take an appropriate steps available under the CPC or any other law to serve the respective respondents.
