In both these matters, the identically placed petitioners pray for issuance of Internship Certificate and the documents, without insisting for the Tribe Validity Certificate. Both the petitioners have completed their MBBS and also their internship.

The learned Advocate representing the Health University submits
WP 6301-2022, 8278-2022 on instructions that eligible candidates, meaning those candidates who have completed their internship, can be issued with their certificates and the respective colleges have been instructed not to withhold the Internship Certificates of eligible candidates. 3.
The learned AGP submits on instructions from the Member Secretary of the Committee that the pending claims of both these petitioners, would be decided within three months. 4.
In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed of with the following directions :- (a) The respective colleges would issue the Internship Certificates of these petitioners.
(b) The degree certificates would not be released by the University.
(c) The pending claims of these petitioners would be decided on or before 10/11/2022.
