The applicant - acquiring body is seeking quashing of common order dated 19th September, 2014, whereby FA No. 870 of 2014 was dismissed for want of supply of private paper book. Now the learned counsel for the acquiring body submits that the record and proceedings which were not available when the aforesaid order was passed, has been received and he would prepare the private paper book within four weeks.

In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause -B & C subject to condition that the applicant acquiring body shall submit the private paper book within four weeks from the date of this order.
