The petitioner is in open prison. He has been granted furlough leave on condition of furnishing a surety in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with a rider that the said surety shall be one of the relations of the petitioner herein.

When the petitioner is in open prison and he is unable to furnish a surety of his relations, we direct the authorities concerned to release the petitioner as against his personal surety bond in the sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only).

The petition stands disposed of.
