The learned counsel submits that management has forwarded the proposal for grant of one advance increment to the petitioner on the ground of possessing M.Phil qualification at the time of entry in service.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case the proposal is forwarded through the management and pending with respondent No. 2 (page Nos. 28, 29 & 30) for grant of advance increment on account of possessing M.Phil, then the respondent No. 2 shall take decision on it on it's own merits in accordance with law, preferably within four months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
