The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat.

The appellants / claimants and their counsel present. Mr. Mohit R. Deshmukh, learned counsel appeared for respondent No.2 / Insurance Company, who is authorised to sign the terms of compromise, as per the authority letter dated 11.12.2025, issued

The appellants and respondent No.2 have filed compromise pursis. It is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The appellants have filed the present appeal and prayed for enhancement of compensation arising out of the judgment and award dated 12.01.2024, passed by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Beed in M.A.C.P. No.01 of 2022. As per the compromise Exh. "X", respondent No.2 Insurance Company, agreed to pay additional amount of compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh) inclusive of all component. The claimants are agreed to accept the said amount towards full and final settlement. 5.

In view of above, the First Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise Exh. "X".

Respondent No.2 Insurance Company shall deposit in this Court, additional amount of compensation within a period of eight weeks from today.

After the amount is deposited, the claimants are at liberty to withdraw the same.

Award be drawn accordingly.

The parties are informed that the Court fees, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
