The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has completed B. Tech (IT) course. The petitioner was required to pay fees as a general category candidate. The petitioner was under impression that the petitioner is considered from general category, but now has realized that the petitioner was admitted from the S. T. category, still full fees has been recovered. The petitioner has submitted the proposal for verification of her tribe claim on 03rd August, 2021. 2.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 02nd September, 2021. The committee shall thereafter decide the proceeding on its own merits, by end of December, 2021.
