Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the applicant was served and he is behind bar. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not deliberately absent, but due to some misunderstanding, he could not attend the proceeding. The applicant has been convicted for two months.

Believing on the statement of the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant SHAIKH MOHD. RASHID MOHD. SHAFI KHATIK be released on bail on furnishing P. B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount before the First Appellate Court, Bhusawal.

Criminal Application No.2360 of 2023 stands allowed. 5.

The applicant shall furnish an undertaking that either he or his counsel shall attend the proceeding before this Court and get the criminal revision application disposed of, as it is pending since 2015.
