Learned counsel for respondent No.1 and 2, on instructions, submits that necessary proposal would be submitted to the respondent No.3 in terms of order passed by Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Aurangabad dated 30.4.1997 in appeal No. 152 of 1994. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent No.4 before the School Tribunal is retired from service on 30.6.2016 and since then the post held by him is vacant. This Court by order dated 20.6.1997 has only stayed the effect of clause 4 of operative part of the order, as aforesaid, passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Aurangabad.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that if such proposal
