Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P for respondent State.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No. 98 of 2023 registered with Police Station, Tadkalas, Taluka Purna, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 325, 326,327, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 of Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

Perused the papers. The charge sheet reveals that injured have suffered simple injuries. The injured have also been discharged. The weapon allegedly used in the crime has been recovered. Nothing

BA-1152-23.odt is to be recovered from the applicants. The material investigation reveals that further custody of the applicant is not essential. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(I) The application is allowed (ii) The applicant Krushna S/o Suresh Aakulwad and applicant No.2 Gopal S/o Suresh Aakulwad be released on bail, on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 50000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) each with one solvent surety of like amount in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that :- (a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) They shall not indulge in a similar crime. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE ysk
