This application is filed by the legal heirs of deceased Shriram - original claimant, who died on 22.04.2022. There is delay of 599 days caused in filing this application. Present applicants are shown as legal heirs in the certificate issued by Surpanch, Grampanchayat, Talegaon. 02.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

( 2 ) ca3365.24 CIVIL APPLICATION FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY 01.

For the reasons stated in the application and since the application is by the claimants, whose land is acquired, the application for condonation of delay is allowed. The delay is condoned, subject to condition of depositing Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) to be paid to High Court Dispensary. The applicants shall file an undertaking that in-case the appeal is allowed, the applicants shall not be entitled to claim interest for the delayed period on the enhanced amount.
