Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, and the learned APP for the respondents-State and Mrs. Manjushri Narwade, assisting APP. 2.
The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 134/2024 dated 29.4.2024 registered with Chaklamba Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under sections 363, 354 of I.P.C. and under section 4 and 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Considering the material on record and the chats on whatsapp between the parties, possibility of consensual relationship between the applicant and the informant cannot be ruled out. In view of the above, the interim protection granted on 22.7.2024 needs to be confirmed. 4.
In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted on 22.7.2024 is confirmed on the following terms : i] The applicant shall not enter the village Ghumegaon, Taluka Georai till the filing of the chargesheet.
ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the
ABA 1230/24 prosecution in any manner. He shall not contact or influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicant shall attend the police station once a fortnight for a period for four months from today.
iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 6.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited for the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.

Fees of Rs.10,000/- be paid to the learned counsel appointed for respondent No. 3 by Sub-Committee, High Court Legal Services Committee, Aurangabad.
