Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would approach the Grievance Committee constituted under the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.

The petitioner may avail the said remedy. In that event, all contentions of the parties are kept open.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

For a period of 10 days from today, the interim orders passed by this Court would continue

2 wp 7694.2020 so as to enable the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

It is made clear that, on lapse of 10 days the interim protection granted by this Court shall come to an end and shall be deemed to be vacated. 6.
