The petitioner has filed application for issuance of corrected tribe certificate with correct spelling of the tribe on 18th December, 2020. Same is not issued.

It appears that, original tribe certificate is submitted with the scrutiny committee. The petitioner shall apply for attested copy of the tribe certificate with the committee within a period of one (01) week from today. The committee shall issue attested copy of the tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of the application. The petitioner shall thereafter submit the attested copy of the tribe certificate received from the Committee to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The concerned S. D. O. shall verify the genuineness of issuance of the tribe certificate from his office and

2 wp 9218.21 if he satisfies that same issued by his office then shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of attested copy of the tribe certificate. 3.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
