We have heard Mr. Palodkar, learned Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Talhar, learned A.S.G. appears for respondents no. 1 and 3.

Mr. Palodkar, the learned Advocate submits that land of the petitioner is affected in the road widening. The joint measurement was done. Though the land of the petitioner is affected, the same is not included in the notification. Instead, land Gut No. 190 is shown. The said land is 1 Km. away from the Highway. The petitioner's land Gut no. 275 is abutting to the Highway, the same is not included. The petitioner raised an objection

2 wp 9368.2021 as required under the statute. The same is not considered.

Mr. Talhar, the learned A.S.G. submits that respondent no. 3 would decide the said objection within a period of four (04) weeks.

In view of the said statement, writ petition is disposed of. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
