Perused the report of the Medical Board. It has been mentioned therein that a patient of tubercular meningitis need treatment for 9 to 12 months from the date of its detection. The applicant was already undergone the treatment for nine months. The Court has already declined to grant him temporary bail for third time for medical treatment. However, to protect his life, the Superintendent of Jail is directed to provide him regular treatment by taking all care and admit him to the hospital, if required.
