This is a motion for seeking correction in the name of the authority in paragraph Nos.3, 7 and 8 set out in the order dated 08/09/2015.

Mr.Godbole submits that the authority mentioned in these 3 paragraphs should be the "Deputy Director of Education" and not the "Education Officer".

Mr.Gunale, learned Advocate agrees with the said submissions. khs/Oct. 2015/9258-d

As such, this motion is allowed. The word "Education Officer" as it appears in paragraph Nos. 3, 7 and 8 shall stand replaced by the word "Deputy Director of Education, Latur". 5.

Corrections be carried out accordingly and the corrected copy of the order be issued.
