Learned Advocate Mr. V.B. Kulkarni holding for learned Advocate Mr. G.B. Kulkarni submits that Mr. G.B. Kulkarni has gone out of station. It is to be noted that the claimants had filed cross objections. It is also to be noted that already it appears that the applicant was allowed to withdraw substantial amount of compensation i.e. 75%.
