Petitioners are praying for issuance of directions to respondents to quash the notice of election allegedly issued by respondents. According to petitioners, respondents do not have any entitlement to conduct election and, issuance of notice is in breach of the directives given by the charity authority under the proceedings initiated at the instance of petitioners or the persons from amongst the group of petitioners.

In view of availability of alternate remedy for raising challenge to the elections those would be held in furtherance of the notice, no interference is called for at this stage in the instant

{2} wp7591.16.odt petition. This Court has not expressed any opinion as regards the merit of the controversy raised in the petition and, it would be open for the petitioner to raise all the contentions those have been raised in the instant petition, before appropriate forum at appropriate stage.
