In all these matters, the petitioners pray that their pending proposals seeking FL-III licence as per the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953, be decided by the competent authority.

It is undisputed that respondent Nos.1 and 2 constitute a committee as per the Rules of 1953. 3.

The learned AGP submits that the proposals of these petitioners can be decided within the time frame as was earlier granted vide order dated 11.08.2022 in Writ Petition No.8227/2022 filed by Ashok Vishwnath Modve vs. The State of Maharashtra and another.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off with the direction to the competent committee/authority to decide the respective proposals of the petitioners, on or before 15.10.2022.
