The committee has come to the conclusion that the land claimed by the petitioner is not acquired and has directed the Talathi to cancel the Ferfar No. 639.

After Ferfar No. 639 is cancelled the original position would stand restored. The committee had directed the enquiry to be conducted by the Tahsildar.

The committee had come to the conclusion that the land is
2 cp 452.17 not acquired, then in such circumstances unless there is a contrary material on record the original entry needs to be restored.

It is stated by Mr. Rudrawar, the learned advocate that mutation entry No. 639 has been cancelled.

In view of that original entry stands restored. The authorities shall restore the original position on the 7/12 extract as it exist prior to Mutation Entry No. 639. The parties can take further steps as per the record.
