It is submitted that, the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. They have filed their proposals for verification of their tribe claims on 10th August 2021. The learned counsel further submits that, the validation proceeding of their father i. e. petitioner No. 1 is pending. It is further submitted that, vigilance has been conducted and say has been filed. Thereafter hearing has been concluded in March 2021. Same vigilance can be made applicable in the proposals of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent.

The petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 ought to have moved their proposals earlier as they are exploring possibility of admission to the professional course.

Considering the fact that, the claim of the petitioner No. 1 is at final stage, we pass following order.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committed on 27th August, 2021. The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the proceedings by 10th October, 2021. The petitioners shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. 6.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
