The applicant prays for listing WP No.7146/2009 for final hearing. It is submitted that the applicant has succeeded in the Court below and since the impugned judgment has been stayed in a service dispute, he is suffering grave hardships. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent / original petitioner does not oppose.

This Court, by its order dated 14/06/2013 and 31/01/2014 had already listed the writ petition for final hearing. 4.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. List WP No.7146/2009 for final hearing in the weekly board commencing from 10/10/2016.
