Leave to correct the date of death of Manu Babu Surwase in para 2 of the application.

Heard rival submissions. This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased Manu Babu Surwase who appears to be sole respondent - claimant. Admittedly as per the copy of death certificate produced on record, he died on 24.09.2016. 3.

In view of the same, the applicants have required to be brought on record being his legal heirs. As such, the application is hereby

allowed and applicants are allowed to be brought on record being the legal heirs of deceased Manu Babu Surwase. The appellant - acquiring body is directed to carry out the amendment accordingly within stipulated period.
