For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in following terms:

a) Notices of the Civil Revision Application to the respondent nos.7, 19 and 23 be re-issued on the addresses shown in the title cause of the application. b) Since, the applicant has made out for substituted service under Order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent nos.21 and 22 vide paper publication in 'Daily Sakal' Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar edition.

11-ca-6864-2025 c) The notices to respondent nos.25 and 27 are permitted to be served by paper publication in 'Daily Sakal' having circulation in Beed District.
